The Role:
  • Lead and manage mechanics in a shop setting
  • lead, mentor, train technicians and shop staff
  • manage customer equipment
  • Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business
  • Drive performance through smart scheduling, resource planning, and team coaching; track service work
  • Oversee warranty processes and technical support to maximize cost recovery and efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve operations and customer experience
You Bring:
  • 5+years in a mechanical service environment
  • 3+ yearsin a leadership capacity
  • post-secondary education in business or mechanical field
  • A strong mechanical aptitude – especially with diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
  • hands-on knowledge of heavy equipment or similar (skid steers, excavators, backhoes, etc)
  • Familiarity with service management systems/technology
  • G license and clean driver's abstract
