Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Technician.
  • Proven ability to lead and support a team through change.
  • Availability for rotating weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Assigns jobs and work areas to Service Department employees.
  • Ensures timely completion of all assigned work.
  • Appraises incoming work orders and participates in repairs.
  • Provides technical support and problem resolution for technicians.
  • Directs and assists with diagnosing machine problems.
  • Assists with technician recruitment and onboarding.
  • Communicates customer complaints to the Service Manager.

Skills

Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to coordinate multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
Post-secondary training or technical certifications in equipment repair
