Job Description
  • Support food & drink running, ensuring accurate delivery to the correct guest without auctioning
  • Confidently answer guest questions regarding food, beverages and restaurant services as needed
  • Communicate effectively with Servers and Hosts to support smooth seating flow and service efficiency
  • Maintain a high level of floor awareness, assisting with clearing and resetting tables as required
  • Adhere to all food safety standards, policies, and procedures at all times
  • Manage cleanliness tasks including emptying garbage, changing linen bags, and properly disposing of waste and recycling
  • Relay guest feedback, requests, or notable comments to Servers to support a positive and memorable guest experience
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall restaurant operations
Qualifications
  • Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Valid Smart Serve certification, required
  • Ability to remain standing and active throughout the duration of the shift in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of safely lifting and carrying items weighing up to 30 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and service standards
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to stay calm, organized, and guest-focused in a high-energy service environment
  • A positive, professional demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality
