Experiences and Skills Youll Use to Solve

Youll develop your consulting skills in a dynamic diverse and fast paced M&A team focused on helping create and capture value throughout an acquisition or a divestiture. Youll help clients grow faster and work smarter and solve problems that matter and create tangible value through M&A. Types of projects youll work on include growth and turnaround strategies fully integrated due diligence organisation design change management and culture operational excellence and the creation / review of financial models. Whatever issues youre solving with your client youll work with inspiring leaders who will help you achieve your goals and be your best. Youll quickly develop business acumen as well as core consulting project management and coaching skills.

When you join us youll have the opportunity to develop consulting skills in HR IT Finance Strategy Transaction Management Corporate Development models and analytics and Operations all within your first 2 years. As you progress your career youll have the opportunity to align to a few of these core skills based on your interest and business needs.

Youll also have the opportunity to gain specialised knowledge and serve clients across industries and sectors including Financial Services Energy Utilities Mining and Industrial Products Technology Communications Retail & Consumer and Private Equity.

Location & Other Requirements

• Youll be comfortable travelling to cities across Canada (when deemed safe to do so by applicable public health or regulatory authorities and PwC)
• This role requires that you are legally entitled to work for PwC in Canada for the intended duration of the offer / contract.
• Wed love it even more if youre bilingual in English and French however this isnt a requirement.
