We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior UX Designer to join our Design Team. The Senior UX Designer will design exceptional user experiences for our cloud-based audit, financial reporting, and data analytics solutions that empower accounting professionals worldwide. This role involves collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to create intuitive, user-centered designs that help customers work smarter, gain deeper insights, and deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities

• Design innovative experiences that help professionals work smarter, faster, and with more confidence.
• Transform complex challenges into clear, intuitive solutions through wireframes, prototypes, and testing.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to bring bold ideas from concept to reality.
• Champion design best practices, evolve our design system, and ensure consistency across products.
• Participate in design critiques, share feedback, and raise the overall craft of the team.

What you will bring

• A hands-on approach—you thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, and work closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to take ideas from sketches to shipped products.
• Proven experience designing and delivering AI-driven experiences—such as chat, copilots, generative tools, predictive workflows, and emerging patterns like agents and LLM-powered systems.
• A degree in Design, HCI, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–8 years of experience in user experience or related fields.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills, with a portfolio that highlights design thinking and engaging user experiences, especially in AI.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to explain design decisions, collaborate across teams, and advocate for users.
• Proficiency with design, prototyping, and AI tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and related tools.
• Comfort working in agile environments with rapid iteration cycles.
• Strong English language communication and collaboration skills

Bonus points

• Experience designing for accounting, auditing, or financial services.
• Understanding of AI ethics, bias reduction, and trust frameworks.
• Technical fluency to collaborate with engineers on AI integration and feasibility.
