Our client is seeking a contract based UI/UX Designer to work on web, mobile, and internal operational platforms and digital experiences.

Location: 4d Markham

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for web applications and internal operational tools; mobile experience is a plus.
• Translate complex operational and servicing workflows into clear user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI.
• Collaborate closely with product owners and engineers to deliver implementable, production-ready designs.
• Create and maintain UI components and patterns that contribute to a consistent design system.
• Build prototypes in Figma or similar tools to validate concepts quickly.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate design exploration, iteration, and prototyping.
• Iterate designs based on feedback, usability insights, and delivery constraints.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX, product design, or interaction design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and UI execution (web required; mobile is a plus).
• Experience designing within real-world engineering and delivery constraints.
• Solid understanding of usability, accessibility, and modern UI design patterns.
