  • Manage a portfolio of construction loans and mortgages, including monthly draw requests and oversight.
  • Participate in client meetings to assess proposals, recommend pricing, and draft term sheets.
  • Ensure compliance with credit, audit, and regulatory standards, collaborating with Business Coordinators for efficient loan management.
