A leading technology consultancy is looking for an experienced Cyber Security expert to join their team in Ontario. The role requires over 10 years in cyber security solutions and 5 years in network security, particularly within the K-12 education sector. Candidates should have hands-on experience with cloud security architectures, incident response, and governance in security operations. Significant stakeholder engagement and training experience are also required for this position. A bachelor's degree in computer science or cyber security is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cyber security solutions and next-generation network security.
• 5+ years of experience deploying secure architectures.
• 5+ years of experience in network security in advanced SDN environments.
• Strong knowledge of NIST CSF v2 and CIS Controls v8.
• 5+ years of experience coordinating IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop observability dashboards and manage KPIs/KRIs for MSSP performance.
• Lead maturity assessments for automation adoption.
• Design hybrid security operations models.
• Train IT and security teams in cyber security.
