Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of internal or agency recruitment experience, focusing on Operations and Tech roles
  • Proven background in full-cycle recruitment with strong sourcing skills
  • Commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience
  • Strong communication skills with a creative approach to sourcing
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, preferably Lever or similar ATS
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using tools like Metaview for coaching and improving interviews
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze funnel metrics and hiring trends
