A defense technology company based in Mirabel, QC is looking for a Senior Specialist in Data Intelligence to spearhead a cultural shift towards data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with various departments to establish performance indicators and create user-friendly dashboards, while also coaching internal teams in business intelligence practices. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and brings 3-7 years of data analysis experience. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $79,500 – $129,500 CDN annually.

Senior Specialist, Data Intelligence

Day Shift
Between $79,500 – $129,500 CDN annually
As a Senior Data Intelligence Specialist, you will act as a change agent within the organization by actively contributing to a data‑driven cultural transformation. You will communicate with senior management, supervisors, and functional experts from various business units to propose the implementation of strategic indicators that will support their decision‑making. You will participate in defining and implementing performance indicators, interactive dashboards, or AI agents.
You will work closely with several groups within the company (planning, production, methods, programs, engineering, supply chain, etc.) in a multi‑site environment. You will transform data into information that is easy to understand for our internal clients, drawing on your business acumen. Leveraging your knowledge of business intelligence and artificial intelligence, you will assess the capabilities of the data and its potential applications.
You will provide coaching and support to internal stakeholders in order to develop their autonomy and increase their maturity level in business intelligence and artificial intelligence. In short, you will be an ambassador for data intelligence within the organization.
