Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have:

• 6+ years of experience in software development and supporting complex large-scale customer facing platforms
• 6+ years experience as a Java developer with a preference for Java 8/Spring, web-based information technology principles, and system integration methodologies and standards.
• 6+ years of experience in building public and internal REST APIs
• Strong experience with APM tools, such as Dynatrace, Splunk, etc. – 2 recent projects
• Strong experience using Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Launch Darkly, etc. – 2 recent projects
• Nice-To-Have Skills: FI / Digital banking experience is preferred but not required
• Nice-To-Have Skills: Well-rounded knowledge of Agile principles and the flexibility to adapt your experience tonew and evolving environments
• Soft Skills Required: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are essential
• Soft Skills Required: Excellent communication skills including ability to distil technical details into simple terms; ability to influence decision making across stakeholders
• Soft Skills Required: Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple complex initiatives
• Soft Skills Required: The role requires leadership skills, hands‑on technical experience, and a can‑do approach towards environment automation / management and continuous improvement for efficiency and cost effectiveness
• Must be reliable, proactive, results‑oriented, customer‑focused and attentive to details.
• Must be flexible to adapt to a dynamic environment, make quick and sound decisions under pressure
• Strong organizational skills, excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Education: Bachelors or equivalent in computer science or related field is preferred
