We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with strong experience in C# .NET. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance applications while mentoring junior team members and contributing to architectural decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, secure, and scalable web applications using C# .NET (Core/Framework)
• Implement and maintain RESTful APIs, integration services, and database-driven solutions.
• Update and enhance user interfaces to improve usability and performance.
• Participate in architectural design discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability through optimization and monitoring.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development, including C# .NET (Core/Framework) for backend development.
• Proficiency in SQL Server, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design, authentication, and security best practices.
• Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Good to have experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (Vue.js preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English communication essential for effective correspondence with clients, suppliers, business partners, and colleagues beyond the province of Quebec.
