Job summary

A leading tech solutions provider in Toronto is seeking a Sr. Business Process Consultant focused on ServiceNow HR and Workplace Service Delivery solutions. The role involves guiding customers through process improvements and utilizing ServiceNow capabilities. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of consulting experience in HR, Workplace, and Legal operations and holds relevant ServiceNow certifications. Additionally, strong communication and customer-centric skills are essential for driving successful outcomes. This position may require up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

  • Must have at least 8+ years of consulting experience for global organizations in HR and related operations.
  • Must be a Canadian Citizen with the ability to obtain a Canadian security clearance.
  • Proven experience in defining and deploying future-state processes.

Responsibilities

  • Be the process expert for HR, Workplace/Facility, and Legal departments.
  • Lead customers in utilizing ServiceNow Solution's capabilities for process improvement.
  • Support internal unit testing and drive customer acceptance testing.
