About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) and Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) modules. You will play a key role in building scalable workflows, integrations, and automation that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD modules.
• Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
• Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Maintain platform reliability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors for solution delivery.
• Provide technical expertise for projects and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in ITSM and HRSD modules.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
• ServiceNow certifications: CSA required, CAD and ITSM/HRSD preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Compensation

The target hiring range for this position is $81,170.48 to $101,463.10 with a maximum of $121,755.72. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
