A leading energy management company is seeking a Senior Sales Representative in Richmond to manage commercial contractors. The ideal candidate should have over 8 years of technical sales experience in the electrical industry and a background in Electrical or Electronics. This full-time role includes a compensation range of $115,200-$172,800 and offers comprehensive benefits. The position involves significant fieldwork and strategic planning responsibilities, with an emphasis on collaboration with clients and partners.
We are looking for a Senior Sales Representative for our commercial contractors segment.
You will be accountable for in-field execution of specific sales efforts, programs/initiatives, and peer coaching. You will assist the sales force by providing a high-level product or segment expertise and knowledge of product or segment centric application to customers.
The compensation range for this full-time position, which includes base pay and short-term incentive, is $115,200-$172,800 for candidates who are B.C. residents. Our salary ranges are determined by including roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
