What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Design and deliver executive-level dashboards and reports using Power BI and other BI tools.

Leverage predictive analytics to optimize sales strategies and drive enterprise decisions.

Monitor and report on critical business metrics such as sales velocity and revenue trends.

Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to guide resource allocation and market planning.

Present strategic findings and recommendations to senior executives and board-level stakeholders.

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10–15 years in sales operations, business analytics, or strategic analysis roles.
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, and data querying tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
• Experience with enterprise data warehouses and ETL pipelines.
• Strong analytical thinking and executive communication skills.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Master’s degree (MBA or MS in Data Science) or 15+ years of directly relevant experience.
• Experience in or strong familiarity with the AEC industry and its sales/operational dynamics.
• Interest or experience in applying AI or machine learning tools in financial analysis.
• Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Clari, Outreach, or similar platforms.
• Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder initiatives.
