Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience and 7+ years as an RTE.
• Strong hands-on experience in Release Management across multiple teams.
• Demonstrated exposure to DevOps practices and automated deployments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Senior Release Train Engineer, driving alignment and execution.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including PI planning and daily stand-ups.
• Act as Scrum Master for a QA-focused team including QA engineers.
• Plan and execute weekly production releases with minimal disruption.
• Identify delivery and pipeline bottlenecks and drive improvements.
