Qualifications

• 12+ years' experience in a Process or Manufacturing Engineering role.
• Experience with Optical and Microelectronic technologies and processes.
• Hands-on experience with SMT and flip chip assembly techniques.

Responsibilities

• Work with product design teams to provide process engineering solutions.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables for customer projects.
