Qualifications

• Three(3) to five(5) years of experience in building and facilities maintenance.
• Experience in supervisory-level resort maintenance.
• Hazardous material handling training within six (6) months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and manages the upkeep of the resort and its amenities.
• Supervises maintenance staff and ensures quality of work.
• Performs highly complex repairs on the physical property and equipment.
• Schedules and performs routine and emergency maintenance.
