• 5+ years of applied user/UX/product research experience owning end-to-end studies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Cognitive Science, HCI, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience defining multi-quarter research roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the research roadmap for Shopper & Fulfillment.
• Plan and execute mixed-method studies.
• Synthesize insights into clear narratives for product requirements.
