The Senior Project Manager (Project Lead) is a senior execution leadership role within the Product Readiness & Rollout (PRR) team, responsible for driving the disciplined delivery of complex, high-risk Transaction Banking and Treasury Management product launches. This role serves as the primary execution authority for assigned initiatives, translating readiness requirements and governance decisions into actionable delivery plans.
Operating in a highly regulated financial services environment, this role requires deep delivery expertise, strong judgment, deep program management expertise, and the ability to manage cross-functional dependencies across Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Product teams.
This role is intentionally designed as a senior execution leadership position, aligned to VP level Program Delivery Manager and Implementation Lead roles at peer banks. It is not a PMO or task-bases project role; it owns execution accountability, dependency management, and delivery outcomes for high-risk Transaction Banking launches.
