Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multiple large-scale projects and programs within our Process Excellence and Technology Services division. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, mentoring junior PMs, and driving strategic initiatives from inception to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple or large-scale projects and programs with high visibility and complexity
- Mentor, train, and oversee less senior project managers
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical architects, developers, database administrators, DevOps engineers, and support analysts
- Facilitate executive-level communication with internal stakeholders and external clients
- Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, and define project requirements
- Oversee implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, change control, testing, documentation, and training
- Ensure on-time delivery within budget and scope constraints
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery and operational processes

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with customer experience software platforms
- Familiarity with enterprise environments and large-scale deployments
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an asset
Benefits
- Work hours are Monday - Friday, typical 40-hour weeks, onsite up to 5 days a week
