Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate manufacturing operations to ensure on-time starts and completions.
• Lead Root Cause and Corrective Action investigations when performance goals are not met.
• Administer staffing and training activities in accordance with company policies.

Skills

In depth knowledge of safety and environmental laws and regulations

Thorough knowledge CNC and conventional machining

Knowledge of preventative maintenance program methods

Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Tools

Excellent skills in communication

Education
