A leading global semiconductor firm in Canada seeks a motivated Product Application Engineer to work on GaN Power Switches for automotive applications. The successful candidate will characterize GaN modules, support customers, and prepare technical documentation. Required qualifications include a BSEE or MSEE and experience in the semiconductor industry. The salary range is CAD 74,880 - CAD 102,960 with additional incentive plans.
Infineon Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Product Application Engineer with broad knowledge and experience to perform product application and development on Gallium Nitride (GaN) Power Switches for automotive applications. The Product Application Engineer will be responsible for applying leading edge GaN technology in existing as well as new topologies, evaluating and documenting performance, authoring application notes and white papers, meeting with customers, and promoting the benefits of GaN devices in the power electronics industry. The wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate in Canada is:
Minimum of $74,880.00 salary per year / Maximum of $102,960.00 salary per year
In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
