The Senior Procurement Strategist/Buyer functions as a key strategic role, responsible for directing complex procurement initiatives encompassing advanced supplier negotiations, multi‑faceted contract architecture, and senior‑level supplier relationship management. This position requires deep expertise in sourcing raw materials and qualifying global and domestic vendors, ensuring alignment with cost, quality, and delivery targets. Leveraging a solid educational foundation in supply chain, business, or engineering, the strategist leads cross‑functional initiatives, drives supplier performance improvements, and mitigates risk through proactive contract and relationship management. Additionally, this role plays a key part in mentoring junior staff and influencing organizational success through tactical procurement execution and long‑term sourcing strategies.

This is an on‑site role based out of our headquarters in Camarillo, CA.
