The Performance Marketing team at Intuit Canada is focused on driving website traffic, growing sign‑ups, maximizing ROI, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Within this team, the Holistic Search group manages both Earned (SEO) and Paid Search channels (Text, Shopping, PMax) across external search engines. Search is one of Intuit’s most powerful levers for acquiring new customers, and the team also runs experiments to identify growth opportunities and optimise performance.

We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager (Search) to lead customer acquisition for QuickBooks LATAM and Mailchimp Canada & LATAM. Reporting to the Holistic Search Lead, you will own paid search strategy and execution, collaborating closely with internal partners, vendors, and global teams to drive measurable business growth.

• Develop and scale paid search campaigns that maximise ROI and fuel customer acquisition.
• Leverage data‑driven insights to optimise performance and influence strategy across multiple business lines.
• Act as the subject‑matter expert and single point of contact for paid search in your markets.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with stakeholders across the US, UK, Australia, and other global sites.
• Communicate campaign performance and strategic recommendations to senior leaders.

The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical and technical mindset combined with a passion for creative problem‑solving and experimentation. You are comfortable thinking strategically, diving deep into data, and applying insights to deliver meaningful results. An agency background with a proven track record in paid search campaign management is highly valued.

This is a hybrid role with the expectation of working from our Toronto office 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Take a leadership role in the planning, strategising, managing, and executing QuickBooks LATAM and Mailchimp Canada + LATAM SEM campaigns, including but not limited to account set‑up, development and implementation of strategies, campaign structure, budget management, bidding and invoice management across all LoBs.
• Mentor team members to achieve targeted performance KPIs (CAC, conversions) including optimisations and campaign troubleshooting.
• Manage relationship with the agency, platform partners (Google, Microsoft), and others to optimise campaigns and help inform their product roadmap based on needs, including rolling out new enhancements.
• Partner closely with internal cross‑functional teams – SEO, Analytics, Product, Finance, Engineering – to drive best practices, identify testing opportunities and develop roadmaps.
• Execute campaign optimisation tactics (bidding, ad copy and landing page testing) to achieve spend efficiency and volume targets. Partner with local teams to define the test roadmapli>
• Audit and update existing data pipelines in collaboration with the Business Intelligence and Tech teams to ensure the highest level of data quality.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience.
• 8+ years of paid search strategy experience for a large brand.
• Experience building, executing and scaling large‑budget, multiple LoB paid search programs.
• SEM/PLA bid management platform experience required.
• Experience with keyword analysis, common keyword research tools.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
• Experience leading go‑to‑market for B2B software – a plus.
• 6+ years’ experience using Paid Search management tools like Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads Editor, Search Ads 360 (DoubleClick Search).
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
• Agency and client experience preferred.
