Senior Multi-Media Designer

Department: Marketing

Employment Type: Permanent

Location: Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area, Canada

Description

We are looking for a creative and proactive Designer to strengthen our marketing team. You will play a key role in developing our visual identity and creating impactful assets for our communication campaigns (print, digital, social media, video, etc.). Working closely with the Marketing, Product, and Sales teams, you will contribute ideas and propose strong visual concepts to enhance the consistency and impact of our brand image.

What that means day-to-day:
  • Develop and produce engaging multimedia content: graphics, video, animation, and interactive digital assets for web and digital platforms.
  • Design and implement visual elements for websites, social media, email campaigns, and mobile apps.
  • Create, edit, and optimize video content, including storyboarding, post-production, and publishing for digital marketing, training, and branding.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and technical teams to meet project goals and ensure brand consistency.
  • Use industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and web development tools for creative production.
  • Manage multiple simultaneous projects, deliver content on deadline, and maintain media libraries.
  • Stay current with design trends, multimedia technologies, and best practices.
  • Visual content production for web, digital, video, and interactive applications.
  • Video design, editing, animation, and audio integration for dynamic multimedia experiences.
  • Website and user interface design, ensuring optimal user experience and engagement.
  • Project management, coordinating feedback, revisions, and collaboration across teams.
  • Asset management: organize images, videos, design files, and digital collateral for easy access and re-use.
What you’ll need to be successful:
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in B2B.
  • Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Canva.
  • Ability to produce content that is both visually appealing and aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Skills in video editing and motion design.
  • Strong attention to detail, precision, and ability to work independently.
  • Team spirit and creative curiosity.
  • Experience in SaaS or Tech.
  • Experience in a high-growth company.
  • Basic knowledge of UX/UI design.
  • Skills in illustration or 2D animation.
