Qualifications

• 10 or more years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Technician.
• 5 or more years of leadership experience.
• Digital literacy and experience with fleet management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Cote Gold employees and contractors.
• Ensure H&S training compliance of team members.
• Participate in recruitment of team members.
• Manage work schedules for support to operations.
• Conduct worksite inspections and lead investigations.
