Job summary

A leading technology firm in Ontario seeks a skilled Membrane Scientist/Chemist to lead the R&D for innovative filtration membranes. You will optimize membrane materials, conduct tests, and analyze results to enhance performance in water treatment applications. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in polymer chemistry and at least 5 years of industry experience. This full-time role provides opportunities to work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to bring new products to market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on industry experience in membrane R&D.
• Demonstrated expertise in polymer dope formulation.
• Proficiency with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and optimize polymer dopes for MF/UF/NF membranes.
• Conduct membrane casting and lab-scale fabrication.
• Evaluate membrane performance and present findings.
