Your Opportunity

Our Montreal office seeks a Senior Manager, Transaction Services to join our advisory team. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading financial due diligence engagements supporting private equity funds and corporates in investment and divestiture decisions, analyzing financial and operational results, conducting interviews, and generating insights to support investment theses and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Preparing and reviewing deal-focused reports and presentations highlighting key findings and financial drivers/risks.
  • Identifying post-acquisition actions to improve earnings and cash flows, evaluating seasonality effects, and conducting industry and company research.
  • Managing project execution and deal teams for successful outcomes.
  • Coaching and mentoring staff to foster high performance and a learning environment.
  • Generating new business opportunities within Financial Advisory Services and developing long-term client relationships.
  • Driving growth and practice management with an entrepreneurial approach.

Your experience and education

  • CPA designation required; CBV or CFA is an asset.
  • At least 5 years of deal experience in financial due diligence, M&A, corporate finance, or corporate development, including supervisory roles.
  • Knowledge of international and US markets is beneficial.
  • Experience with VBA, Macros, Power Pivot, Power Query, Power BI is an asset.
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
  • A desire to lead in a high-growth environment.
  • Motivated, detail-oriented, autonomous, rigorous, and resilient under pressure.
  • Strong initiative and adaptability.
  • Market-facing with relationship-building skills for future opportunities.
