This translates into effectively communicating hundreds of decisions, at different levels of approval as well as enablers of the processes. Knowledge of the affected roles and work, especially for core system users, is leveraged daily to enable the necessary and extensive consultation to ensure that the project activities and implementation outcomes are aligned with the College’s and the client’s business and strategic objectives with specific focus on the Student Information System Project, also known as a College Transformation Project.
