Responsibilities
PRIMARY PURPOSE
Provides senior leadership to Infrastructure Maintenance Managers and efficient support to CMBC's Maintenance facilities, office buildings and on-road fixed assets within the Metro Vancouver region. This role will oversee 3 key maintenance areas in CMBC: power systems (rectifier stations & electric vehicle charging), the trolley overhead network, and fixed asset infrastructure maintenance. This role will be the owner of preventative maintenance programs and will be involved in laying out the groundwork for early business case for capital projects beyond the operating budget.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
The requirements for this job are acquired through a University degree in Management or Engineering, or an Inter-Provincial trades qualification, or comparable designation in Asset Management and 8 years of related experience in progressively responsible positions, including management of a trades or technical department in a maintenance setting.

Recruitment Process: An applicant will be required to demonstrate their suitability for this position by meeting the minimum level of qualifications and experience in order to be invited into the selection process. A standard interview format will be used including general, scenario and behavioural descriptive interview questions.
Work Schedule
37.5 hours per week.
This is a full-time temporary position for months.

This position offers the flexibility of working both on-site and remotely within B.C.
Rate of Pay
The salary for this position ranges from $117,600 - $176,400 per annum. Actual salary offered will be based on education, experience, skills, and qualifications as they relate to the role.
