Senior Manager, Group Marketing and Communication
Location: Hybrid-, Kingston, York Mills

What you’ll be working on
Strategic Communications & Brand Guardianship
  • The Voice: Act as the strategic lead to ensure our brand comes across in all communications. You will ensure that every email, proposal, and post reflects a caring tone that emphasizes integrity and transparency.
  • Navigating Complexity: Translate technical product details into simple, succinct stories that help Plan Sponsors and Members navigate their benefits with confidence.
  • Omnichannel Consistency: Ensure tone, style, and visual identity are consistent across all touchpoints (email, social, web) to reinforce our reputation for renowned service, digital innovation and intelligent solutions
Content & Webinar Leadership
  • Educational Webinars: Develop and execute professional, polished webinars for Plan Sponsors and Advisors. You will manage the end-to-end process to ensure we are providing genuine value and education, not just a sales pitch.
  • Enablement: Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to produce impactful assets (pitch decks, one-pagers) that demonstrate our intelligent solutions clearly and elegantly.
  • Content Lifecycle: Repurpose webinar content into blog posts, social clips, and guides to maximize reach.
Digital Marketing & Analytics
  • Campaign Management: Execute integrated campaigns that measure ROI and KPIs, moving beyond vanity metrics to understand true engagement.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Evaluate customer research and competitor data to enhance communication strategies, ensuring we remain a competitive and helpful partner in the market.
  • Digital Presence: Oversee the organization and update of marketing content (website, digital content on portals) to support business objectives
  • Manage and drive social media and advertising
Internal Communications
  • Develop and execute an internal communications plan and calendar that keeps the wider team aligned on Group Solutions initiatives.
What we’re looking for you to have
  • Experience: 5+ years of marketing communications or product marketing experience
  • Completion of a university degree with a discipline in Business and / or Marketing preferred.
  • Industry: Mandatory: Knowledge of Group Benefits/Group Retirement. You understand the B2B (Advisor), sponsor and B2B2C (Plan Member) dynamic.
  • Writing & Storytelling: You are an excellent writer who can convey complex topics in a clear, simple, and elegant way. You know how to write with empathy.
  • Tech Savvy: Strong understanding of digital technology, webinar platforms
  • Visual Storytelling: Excellent presentation creation skills (PowerPoint) are required. You understand that details matter and that high-quality designs create memorable experiences
  • Agility: Flexible and adaptable—able to multitask and project manage across competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Roll-up sleeves, can-do mentality – you can pivot without blinking when priorities change
  • Strategic thinking – you can understand the big picture and value proposition
  • Well-developed communication, writing, editing and presentation skills
  • Experience with multiple content formats including video scripts, web copy, and sponsored content.
