Job description

As the Senior Manager, Enterprise Master Data Management, you will provide technical leadership in the design and oversight of the implementation of MDM solutions within our organization.

The role:

• Solution Design: design the Enterprise MDM architecture, considering factors such as data integration, data governance, data quality, and data stewardship requirements. This design must align with the organization's business objectives and IT infrastructure.
• Data Modeling: develop data models that define how master data entities (such as customers, products, or employees) are structured, related, and stored within the MDM system. This includes defining data attributes, relationships, and hierarchies.
• Technical Oversight: provide technical leadership and oversight during the implementation phase. Collaborate with IT teams, developers, and data engineers to ensure the MDM solution is implemented according to design specifications and meets performance, scalability, and security requirements.

What you will bring:

• 8+ years of experience in data architecture, including significant hands-on experience with MDM solutions.
• 5+ years of experience with MDM tools like Informatica, IBM, Ataccama, etc.
• 3+ years managing data teams.
• Proven experience leading MDM initiatives in complex environments.
• Experience with Data Privacy laws, security, and policies.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
• CPG experience is a plus.
• Experience working in an Agile framework.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Math, Computer Science, Business Administration).
