What You’ll Do

• Managing the Project Management Office Team
• Leading initiatives to transformation the business focused on delivering Customer Excellence
• Leading initiatives focused on continuous development, optimization and cost reduction
• Managing strategic initiatives rollouts
• Collaboration with various teams within MediSystem Business and the Enterprise by identifying gaps and developing short-term and long-term solutions
• Having a clear understanding of the Central Pharmacy Support Goals and supporting MediSystem strategies
• Evolving business processes and implementing automation opportunities
• Ensuring that all targets are met or exceeded, by team, as assigned
• Regularly scheduling one-on-one coaching with team members to recognize success, help overcome obstacles and set focus thereby ensuring continued development
• Leading meetings to strategize, develop new policies and procedures, provide updates on status of current activities and projects

What You’ll Need

• 5 or more years’ experience in a Pharmacy (Retail or Long Term Care) or Operations role
• 3 or more years’ management / leadership experience preferred, excellent team leadership, strong coaching and mentoring skills
• Project Management Professional Certification, preferred
• Strong relationship management with ability to foster trust, collaboration and unity
• Strong communications, facilitation and negotiations to align complex stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to influence and motivate others
• High degree of flexibility required to adapt to a wide variety of tasks and functions and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
