Baker Tilly is seeking a Senior Manager – Canadian Tax to join our team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality tax services and driving meaningful outcomes for clients, while collaborating with a dynamic team of professionals committed to making a difference for clients, communities, and colleagues.

Your role
  • Work closely with Tax Partners and other senior staff on business tax compliance, tax provision, and tax advisory engagements; develop and implement tax planning for clients.
  • Build and manage client relationships at a senior level; deliver high-quality tax service and advice.
  • Review and approve technical research and tax planning recommendations for public and private companies.
  • Review complex Canadian corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns and other tax work prepared by staff.
  • Actively mentor and coach staff to reach their highest potential.
  • Identify client service opportunities.
