About the Opportunity As a Senior Manager – Audit, you’ll lead high-profile assurance and advisory engagements, oversee engagement teams, and provide strategic direction to both clients and internal stakeholders. You’ll also collaborate with firm leadership on business development and practice innovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex audit and assurance engagements across diverse industries
• Oversee engagement planning, risk management, and deliverables to ensure technical accuracy and quality
• Review and sign off on financial statements under ASPE and IFRS
• Partner with firm leadership on client acquisition, retention, and expansion opportunities
• Coach, mentor, and review the work of Managers, Seniors, and junior staff
• Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to firm-wide quality and efficiency initiatives
• Represent the firm in professional communities and help build its external presence

The Requirements

• CPA designation (CA, CGA, or CMA) in good standing
• Minimum 7 years of public practice experience, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership capacity
• Strong technical knowledge of ASPE, IFRS, and Canadian assurance standards
• Proven experience managing multiple engagements and client relationships simultaneously
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
