The Team:
S&P Global Market Intelligence (SPGMI) is seeking a Senior Lead to support the Credit Solutions Market Development team, focused on RatingsDirect. RatingsDirect is the flagship desktop platform for S&P Global Ratings’ credit ratings and related content. RatingsDirect is part of the Credit Solutions product suite, which also includes RatingsXpress and CreditPro.
The Senior Lead will support the head of pricing for Credit Solutions and senior team members as needed, serving the following customer segments: Investment Management, Investment Banking, Insurance, Commercial Banking, and Non-Financial Corporates. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the RatingsDirect pricing function. This requires a comprehensive understanding of our pricing and contracting framework, our clients’ workflows and use cases, as well as the ability to find solutions to business problems.
This position will support the growth of the Credit Solutions business. The Senior Lead will help grow the business through the application of consistent and appropriate pricing as well as drive efficiency in the sales process. Business intelligence projects will identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of value realization as well as surface insights to drive business policy.
Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is approximately $124,361 to $180,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for additional compensation such as an incentive bonus plan.

This position provides the opportunity to work in a critical function of the Credit Solutions business. You will work across business groups including market development, product management, commercial and operations. You will have the ability to surface actionable insights through the analysis of data and leverage technology to improve existing processes.
