Job Description

What is the opportunity?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IAM Security Analyst to join our Enterprise Identity and Access Management (EIAM) Onboarding Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding applications to our IAM services, including SailPoint IIQ, ServiceNow and CyberArk. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders, analysis of business requirements, and implementation of IAM solutions to meet organizational goals.

What will you do?
  • Onboard applications to IAM services in accordance with established onboarding strategy and IAM goals
  • Recommend or automate approaches to streamline and integrate technological processes and/or systems to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with business partners, application teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding
  • Facilitate requirements discovery, analysis, and review with large and diverse groups
  • Analyze and document business and system solution requirements using enterprise-standard requirements methodology
  • Participate in onboarding testing, including test case creation and execution
  • Identify and report security risks in accordance with organizational standards
  • Design solutions, write code, perform unit testing, develop appropriate artifacts/documentation, and facilitate final delivery.
What do you need to succeed? Must have:
  • 2+ years’ experience with Python, must have experience automating reports
  • Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills. Ability to determine the information and communication needs of the stakeholders and project.
  • Strong understanding of IT security concepts and practices, and demonstrative experience of automating related workflows.
  • Advanced proficiency with SQL and Excel, with strong working knowledge of data querying across structured and unstructured sources.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Security or related felid
  • Ability to manage, prioritize, and execute tasks with minimal direction or oversight
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in the IAM domain with one or more of the IAM Services (SailPoint IIQ, CyberArk, ServiceNow and Entra ID)
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology
  • Professional certification(s) related to information security or information risk management
  • Working experience with ServiceNow, Tableau/PowerBI, SharePoint and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Git)
