A healthcare provider in Scotland seeks a Band 3 Health Care Support Worker for a 28-hour week role in a ward that cares for various conditions. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting self-care, supporting independence, and ensuring timely discharge. Applicants should have SVQ 3 training and enjoy a busy team environment. About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Nairn Integrated Health and Social Care Team. We are looking for a Band 3 Health Care Support Worker (HCSW) to join our team for 28 hours per week.

This is a seven-day service, and we are looking for someone to cover 7am until 2:30pm over four days (subject to change).

This post is based in our 16 bedded ward providing care for a wide range of conditions including day cases.

The ethos of the ward is to promote self-care, independence and timely discharge along with delivery of palliative and end of life care.

The ward works closely with the wider Primary Health and Social Care Team.

We are seeking an individual who is a team player and enjoys working in a busy environment.
