📝 What You’ll Be Doing!

• You’ll join a fresh team in the Greater Vancouver Area focusing on building an AI video agent for professional creators who want to dominate their category.
• You will be working closely with the product, marketing/sales teams daily to rush prototype, beta and production version of this disruptive product using AI Agent technology.
• You will co‑innovate with some of the world’s top social media creators and enterprise teams to validate AI agents that boost 100x outcome compared to the pre‑AI era.

Our tech stack: GCP, Typescript, Python, Redis/MongoDB/Cloud Storage, lots of AI models.

📝 Background and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field. A total of 5-8 years of experience in software engineering.
• A strong entrepreneurial or hacker spirit or experience in a rapidly growing startup. Believes that speed is key and quality to follow later. You dare to set ambitious goals and deadlines. And you work hard and smart for it. You enjoy the challenge and treat it like a sport.
• You resonate with the combat spirit to win if you’ve watched the F1 Movie.
• Fast learner and self‑starter as a full‑stack engineer. A broad range of tech skills are preferred. Must have both front‑end (such as React) and server‑side skills (NodeJS, Django etc).
• Good understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. Good judgement on when to hack and when to craft.
• Excellent communicator with experience working across global teams. Open to having 1–2 evening meetings per week with Asia‑based senior engineers.

• Experience shipping AI Agents or video products for Enterprises.
• Care about the creator economy and empowering human storytellers with AI Agents.
