We\'re looking for a highly motivated and detail oriented professional who is interested in financial structuring and strategic capital solutions to join our team as a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A Syndications. In this role, you will support the financial and operational needs of Element\'s growing syndications program. You\'ll collaborate closely with the internal Syndication team, along with pricing, legal, accounting, and FP&A functions to analyze, execute, and monitor syndicated transactions. Your efforts will help ensure transparency, profitability, and efficiency across the syndication lifecycle and contribute to the company\'s overall capital efficiency and financial performance.

Toronto, Ontario
The hiring base salary range for this position is $76,300 to $104,900 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual\'s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
