Location: Ancaster/Stratford, ON, Canada (onsite)

As our next Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing strategic financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Your expertise in accounting, costing, and data analysis will be vital in driving profitability and aligning operational strategies with Johnson Electric’s global business goals.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Prepare monthly reports including P/L, EBITA bridges, CAPEX, and cash flow analysis
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes
  • Analyze and update standard costs annually
  • Interpret large data sets to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with global controlling and operations teams
  • Support investment proposals with Engineering and Operations
  • Monitor plant working capital and inventory performance
  • Track and report on cost reduction projects
  • Ensure compliance with quality management systems such as IATF 16949 and ISO 45001
  • Maintain project costing systems for tooling and capital projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
  • 3–7 years of experience in financial management, preferably in manufacturing
  • CPA or equivalent preferred (or actively pursuing CPA)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of IFRS and costing principles
