Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance operations/BPaaS, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in R2R, P2P, O2C processes, SLA governance, and finance transformation.
• Strong commercial acumen and expertise in SLA/contract governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multi-tower client accounts ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Drive operational excellence across finance processes, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
