What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage all aspects of the equity plan in Carta, including processing grants, option exercises, and terminations
  • Own equity-related accounting close activities and generate reports for compensation and financial modeling
  • Serve as the first point of contact for participant inquiries and develop educational resources
  • Support global payroll processing and assist with the implementation of Workday Payroll
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and participate in process improvement initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 7+ years of combined experience in equity administration and global payroll
  • Deep expertise in public or private company equity administration
  • Hands-on experience with the Carta platform
  • Workday Payroll experience is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related discipline
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to employees at all levels
