• Minimum 8 years of proven direct equipment engineering experience related to high voltage substations.
• Professional Engineer registered with the Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC).

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical specifications for major equipment.
• Provide technical support for procurement and commissioning.
• Review and approve vendor drawings and test results.
• Engage with an engineering team on complex problems.
• Follow internal QA/QC procedures.

Skills

Field experience in testing & commissioning

Knowledge in Structural, Electrical and P&C

Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
