WHO YOU ARE:

The Senior Director of Sales is a key member of our sales team at Zinnia. You will work closely with our Head of Enterprise Sales to advance our sales organization and processes. We are committed to delivering outstanding revenue growth and are looking for experienced, collaborative, challenge-seeking sales leaders to help us go further faster.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  1. Build and maintain relationships with senior executives in the life insurance industry, such as CEOs, Chief Distribution Officers, Chief Strategy Officers, Chief Information Officers, and Chief Financial Officers.
  2. Own your sales territory, identify prospects, and convert those targets to new clients to maintain a healthy pipeline.
  3. Collaborate with sales operations, solution consulting, marketing, and other stakeholders to generate revenue exceeding company targets.
  4. Travel up to 50% of the time to meet prospects, clients, and attend industry events.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
  1. 10+ years of SaaS technology sales experience.
  2. 10+ years in the FinTech or Insurance industries.
  3. A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  4. Entrepreneurial and hunter mindset.
  5. Experience navigating complex sales cycles with both small and large organizations.
  6. Excellent presentation skills.
  7. Positive attitude, self-motivated, persistent, and passionate.
  8. Comfortable with CRM systems; experience with Hubspot is a plus.
