A leading firm in building automation is seeking a technical authority to lead the design and delivery of Building Automation & Control Systems projects in Mississauga, Canada. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Control Systems Engineering, along with over 7 years of relevant experience, particularly in HVAC systems and BACS. This role offers a competitive salary range of $88,800‑$133,200 and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
In this role, you will lead the technical design and delivery of Building Automation & Control Systems (BACS) projects covering HVAC, lighting, access control, fire/life safety interfaces, and energy management. You will act as the technical authority from award to commissioning, working closely with the Project Manager to ensure scope alignment and successful deployment.
The compensation range for this full‑time position, which includes base pay and short‑term incentive, is $88,800‑$133,200 for Ontario residents. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by factors including performance, knowledge, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
