A leading electrical solutions provider in Mississauga seeks a technical expert to lead Building Automation & Control Systems (BACS) projects. Responsibilities include managing project lifecycle, defining system architecture, and ensuring compliance with codes. The ideal candidate should have a degree in engineering with 7+ years of relevant experience. In this role, you will lead the technical design and delivery of Building Automation & Control Systems (BACS) projects covering HVAC, lighting, access control, fire/life safety interfaces, and energy management. You will act as the technical authority from award to commissioning, working closely with the Project Manager to ensure scope alignment and successful deployment.
The compensation range for this full‑time position, which includes base pay and short‑term incentive, is $88,800-$133,200 for candidates who are Ontario residents. Our salary ranges are determined by including roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
