A leading tech consultancy is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for a hybrid role in Toronto. The position requires 8+ years of experience in financial institutions, focusing on Salesforce projects and providing technical solutions. The candidate will perform analysis, align tech solutions with business strategies, and support complex processes. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are crucial. This 12-month contract offers the chance to work on high-visibility projects within a dynamic team.
Location: Hybrid - Toronto – 3 days/week – (Tuesday is a set day, rest is flexible – subject to change and increase). Contract Duration: 12 months. Good possibility of extension. Number of Positions: 1. Schedule Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday; standard 37.5 hrs/week. Reason: Additional workload.
Business group: CBE CRM and Sales - Performance engineering team, part of Customer Servicing engineering in Digital, focused on providing solutions that assist front line staff across channels in deepening relationship with customers, providing better service and offering better products to them, and help improve sales & productivity along the way.
Project: Sales builder decom project – taking functionalities from sales builder and building across Salesforce – now looking at leftover functionalities and moving it into Salesforce to fully decommission Sales builder.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on an application (Salesforce) that is used in every banking branch of Canada and is one of the largest apps in the bank, making it a high‑visibility project; possibility for extension; and the chance to work with Salesforce, a highly sought tool in the market, enhancing the contractor’s profile.
Ideal candidate is at some stage in their career who has worked as a developer and possesses that technical mindset, has used Salesforce in some capacity, and, ideally, has worked with one of the large banks on a similar project.
2 rounds – MS Teams video interview and in‑person interview. Submit only candidates who are OK to attend in‑person interviews; otherwise they will be rejected.
1st round with Hiring Manager – technical interview (30 minutes).
2nd round with Director/other team member – half technical, half culture fit (45 minutes).
